The bar at the top in our app. It includes a search field, and, if applicable, the back button and the inbox button.
In Google's Material Design 2 this was called top app bar. In Material Design 3 it was renamed to app bar/ search app bar.
In Apple's Human Interactive Guidelines it's called toolbar.
