A real person can appear as a figure in the OTTO 3D illustration style, always with their consent. The figure keeps the person's recognisable features, such as hair, glasses, beard and face shape, dresses them in the OTTO palette and gives them their own natural skin tone as a fixed colour value. It is a new character, never Yuki or Mika.

What makes a good figure
- Recognisable, not realistic. The figure takes hair, glasses, beard and face shape from the person; light, material and proportions come from the OTTO 3D illustration style.
- Their own skin tone. A real person keeps a natural skin tone, fixed as one colour value; only invented characters use the OTTO character skin.
- Hands checked. Both hands pass the people check at full size.
- Consent first. Only with the person's agreement, and always as a new character.
